Cast Iron Fitness & Nutrition offers private and semi-private personal training and nutrition coaching focused on strengthening your mindset and building sustainable habits to support your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle goals.
Sessions take place in our private studios located throughout the first floor in the new Olympia Arts & Wellness Building at 1110 Jefferson St. SE in Olympia, WA.

Private Training & Coaching
Private sessions are specifically tailored to the individual and typically focus on progressive overload strength training, mobility, and mat pilates. Recurring clients will have access to app-based training software where workouts and nutrition are tracked and progress overtime is measured. Private sessions are ideal for anyone looking to develop a consistent, intentional and effective strength training routine
Most clients complete 2-3 training sessions per week.

Semi-Private Group Training
Semi-private training is available for groups of 2-4, ideal for clients with similar goals who enjoy the energy and support of a small group setting.
Bring some friends and get a great workout together!

RUN COACHING
Our run coaching program is designed for runners of all abilities. Whether you’re looking to run your first 5k race or a seasoned runner training for a personal best in a marathon, we craft a personalized training regimen (including strength training!) to help you reach your goals. Jen has successfully helped many runners accomplish personal bests in races from the 5k to the marathon. This program includes in-person strength training sessions 1-3 times per week.
